Confirmation of Order

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Please note the Confirmation/Transaction Number for purposes of order tracking.

In Store Pick-Up

You will be notified by email when your item is ready to be picked up in store. Please schedule a pick-up date and time by emailing us at romansfinearts@gmail.com

Shipping Policy

Romans Fine Arts ships to most destinations within Canada, the U.S. and some international locations, unless otherwise indicated by item.

Romans Fine Arts will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, at which point you have the option to cancel your order, or wait until the item becomes available.

Some heavy or bulky items may require additional shipping charges. We will communicate any additional charges to you prior to shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.

To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Enter your address or account information and proceed to the “Delivery Information” page.

Sales Taxes, Customs and Duty

Sales taxes are applied during checkout based on the destination of your order. Sales taxes are charged on Canadian shipping addresses by province; all customs and duties charges are the responsibility of the receiver according to the applicable laws of your country.  Customs and duty charges will be billed separately by the shipping carrier.


We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

Romans Fine Arts is happy to offer exchange or store credit for items brought back within 30 days of purchase. We will only accept returns if we have been notified in advance by e-mail of your intention to return the merchandise. The merchandise must be in original condition, accompanied by the sales receipt. All store credits will be tendered as per the original purchase. Store credits will be issued once the merchandise has been received, provided it is in original condition. We will not refund any shipping or duty charges. Special order items are not returnable.
